Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases, while supporting daily store operations, inventory processing, merchandising, and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling and product/fashion expertise, and drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Execute personal sales plans and meet/exceed individual and team KPIs, source new customers, and follow up to close sales.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), and maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
