Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build client relationships through personalized styling and product/fashion expertise, and drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Execute personal sales plans and meet/exceed individual and team KPIs, source new customers, and follow up to close sales.
  • •Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), and maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • •Strong English proficiency.
  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
