Own end-to-end FP&A for a GTM domain, from planning brief to delivery, setting quality standards and accountable mechanisms. Define 6–12 month financial strategy, validate assumptions with partners, and translate strategy into outcomes and leading indicators. Build investment business cases with risk quantification and second-order effects, design scalable planning processes and data definitions, and lead cross-functional analyses to resolve forecast disagreements with clear financial narratives.
