Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations and new process development.
  • •Qualify new and enhance existing processes to improve capacity and diversify the product portfolio in a ramping-fab environment.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to increase efficiencies, yields, quality, and machine operations.
  • •Drive cost-competitive thermal process strategies, including chem/gas usage, process stability, and film stack interactions.
  • •Lead root-cause investigations for excursions or yield issues and identify systematic process or equipment problems using data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2 years of experience as a Diffusion Process Engineer.
  • •Experience with GaN-on-Si in a semiconductor environment, including HEMT structures, device physics, and GaN applications.
  • •Knowledge of diffusion fundamentals, including dopant activation, concentration profiles, sheet resistance, and thermal budgets.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills to influence others within and across teams.
