Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with a caseload of complex and catastrophic injury claims.
  • •Analyse liability, causation, and quantum evidence to support case strategy.
  • •Review medical records, identify key issues for expert instruction, and draft witness statements, pleadings, applications, and technical advice.
  • •Liaise with insurer clients, insured parties, witnesses, experts, and counsel.
  • •Attend conferences, mediations, joint settlement meetings, and court hearings, while maintaining high technical standards and client service.
