Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure controlled, consistent work.
  • •Implement delivery procedures (checking addresses, sorting, contacting customers, confirming delivery date/location) and return to the delivery center by the accepted time.
  • •Update the operations system and hand over bills to in-charge staff; meet shipment delivery/receiving targets.
  • •Maintain safety and security standards across operating EP and other locations.
