Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transactions.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while meeting sales goals and KPIs.
•Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, sourcing new customers and following up to close sales.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and support inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
