Key Responsibilities

  • •Support global trade activity and disseminate UK domestic and international export control policies and procedures.
  • •Support export classification and manage creation/maintenance/authorisation of Agreement Export/Import Compliance Plans (AEICPs).
  • •Prepare and manage licences and documentation, including technology transfer requests and related export compliance forms/requests.
  • •Manage complex agreements (e.g., MLA/TAA/CA), including sub-licensee and NDA reviews, approval of DN/TCN activity, and ensure authorisation under the agreement.
  • •Provide export control training, support internal audits and incident reporting, and track corrective actions; generate reports and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of UK export licensing regulations, U.S. ITAR/EAR regulations, and shipping procedures.
  • •Knowledge of corporate compliance investigations, EXIM licensing, customs and border enforcement, and global trade operations.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices on EXIM processes.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills; able to learn quickly, work independently, and manage/prioritize multiple complex tasks and intermediate projects.
  • •Strong leadership skills and sound judgment with meticulous attention to detail; ability to provide advice on EXIM matters.
