Job Summary

Design and develop High Voltage Battery Management Systems (HV BMS) from specification to validation. Create and validate worst-case circuit schematics with simulation, write test specifications, and perform electrical testing on development samples. Produce process documentation (planning, module documentation, layout requirements, FMEA) and collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams. Provide support for technical knowledge sharing and guidance to less experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform end-to-end hardware development for HV BMS, including schematic design, circuit simulation, validation, and testing.
•Create, update, and validate worst-case circuit diagrams using simulation and calculation.
•Write test specifications and execute hardware electrical tests on development samples.
•Prepare process documentation including planning, module documentation, layout requirements, and FMEA.
•Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced engineers when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related engineering field.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hardware development.
•Strong analog and digital hardware design knowledge for automotive applications.
•Experience with High Voltage Battery Management Systems (HV BMS) and Li-Ion battery technologies.
•Good understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and EMC/EMI design principles, including hardware robustness and FMEA/reliability analysis.
