Job Summary

Lead TikTok’s Search E-commerce business across core directions including improving search quality and user experience, and designing and implementing end-to-end ranking systems using massive behavioral data. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Search E-commerce business in one or more core directions.
•Improve basic search quality and user experience by optimizing query analysis, text relevance matching, and multi-modal matching for e-commerce video content.
•Design and implement end-to-end ranking systems (recall, pre-rank, rank, mixed rank) using massive behavioral data to model personalized shopping interests.
•Improve shopping conversion efficiency for merchandise, video, and live stream to promote GMV growth.
•Monitor the results and quality of software solutions and projects implemented in the organization.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of industry experience in fields such as NLP, ranking, ads, search engines, recommendation systems, and machine learning.
•Strong coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

•Ability to deeply understand the business, adapt to rapid business changes, and drive project implementation.
•Publication records in top journals or conferences, and experience winning ACM-ICPC medals (plus).
