Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate key client and Visa teams to implement new Visa products and accelerate time to value.
  • •Track client-specific outcomes by executing client success plans aligned with the Account Team and Sales Account Plan.
  • •Drive initiatives to improve product adoption using Visa self-service tools and client success activities.
  • •Establish and maintain trusted advocate status with client stakeholders, including escalation support for major issues and crisis responses.
  • •Develop client education and training materials (including webinars) and lead operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD).
  • •Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • •Experience influencing audiences by representing technical and/or business issues and solutions.
  • •Knowledge of the payment industry (trends, threats, competitors, and regulatory environments).
