Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically support operations and commercial teams nationwide to ensure intervention quality, solution efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Ensure homogeneous knowledge transfer and centralize field feedback to continuously improve practices and products.
  • •Support complex technical topics, optimize on-site operations, and help increase technician competencies with operations team leaders.
  • •Develop and run training materials and sessions in the field or in classrooms.
  • •Defend company interests in technical disputes and provide recommendations during friendly or legal technical assessments, while monitoring technical/technological developments.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical expertise in refrigeration production, heating, control (regulation), and air treatment.
  • •Training from BAC+2 to BAC+5 in a relevant technical field.
  • •Autonomous, organized, proactive, with strong communication skills and a synthesis mindset.
  • •Comfortable with office tools, specifically Pack Office.
  • •Fluent enough in English to read, write, and speak.
