Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve enrichment infrastructure that takes signups or attendee lists and produces fully enriched, scored Salesforce-upserted records.
  • •Build and optimize the fit scoring pipeline, including batching, retries, logging/observability, and ongoing signal improvements.
  • •Develop campaign and event tooling to sync attendee lists through enrichment into Salesforce campaigns and route records to the right owners.
  • •Create custom enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby for ad-hoc prospect enrichment and account intelligence.
  • •Partner with data engineering to keep Snowflake schemas in sync with downstream tools and ensure SFDC data accuracy; debug production incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Write and ship clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, and design database schemas.
  • •Debug production incidents from logs and confidently reason about reliability and failure modes.
  • •Have GTM tooling domain knowledge (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo or equivalents) and understand CRM lead/enrichment flows.
  • •Think in scalable pipelines (batching, concurrency, idempotency) rather than one-off scripts.
