Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with client teams, ensuring deliverable quality and that project milestones are reached.
  • •Lead (sub-)workstreams, guide junior consultants, and maintain deliverable quality within area of responsibility.
  • •Manage communications and project timelines for the respective (sub-)workstream.
  • •Support business development and contribute to client pitches under guidance of an Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant.
  • •Contribute to safeguarding expertise and internal knowledge sharing across Allianz Services, including day-to-day operations of assigned tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5+ years’ experience in safeguarding functions such as operational risk management (non-financial risk), resilience, or project management.
  • •Experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management, or Internal Risk & Controls systems, including designing/implementing risk and control frameworks and risk methodologies.
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, internal controls testing, or implementing mitigation solutions.
  • •Strong knowledge of insurance industry, financial services, or consulting methodologies, plus proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with GRC tools is preferred.
