Key Responsibilities

  • •Support administration of executive benefit plans, including accurate processing of enrollments, contributions, and participant updates.
  • •Maintain plan records and documentation while coordinating with carriers and vendors to resolve issues.
  • •Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue tracking activities.
  • •Deliver timely client and participant support, including participant communications, enrollment materials, and open enrollment activities.

  • •Previous exposure to employee benefits, insurance, financial services, or related industries.
  • •Experience working directly with clients or customers and knowledge of life, disability, executive, or non-qualified benefit plans is a plus.
