•Provide product knowledge and training to bank staff to improve cross-selling and customer engagement.
•Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal controls, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
•Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and communicate insights to optimize bancassurance initiatives.
