Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search and analytics solutions by expanding existing mid-market accounts and winning new groups within your territory. Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers turn search analytics into actionable insights, identify new use cases, and navigate complex sales cycles. •Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales, especially cross-sell motions within accounts, with quota overachievement and strong customer references.

•Build strong relationships and establish credibility with both developers and executives.
•Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC.
•Enthusiasm for the Open Source model and a deep appreciation for the community relying on Elastic’s solutions.
