Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute assigned customer LVSA projects from PO receipt to shipment/handover, maintaining project plans, milestones, and priorities.
  • •Serve as primary customer contact and coordinate with Front-end team on technical clarifications, schedule updates, and status reporting.
  • •Coordinate post-order engineering, project buyer/supply chain, work preparation, production/assembly, test/FAT, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • •Manage key milestones (M0–M10), identify risks early, and implement mitigation and recovery actions to protect delivery timelines.
  • •Lead customer change management, assess impacts (cost/lead time/scope), support FAT planning and documentation readiness, and provide project governance and lessons learned reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3+ years in project management, order management, or customer project execution.
  • •Experience in manufacturing or engineered-to-order products (preferred).
  • •Good German and excellent English skills.
  • •Strong planning and coordination, plus familiarity with ERP (SAP), project tracking tools, and Excel.
