  • •Handle queries and drive issue resolution (analyze, log, assign, follow-up) to boost customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • •Maintain process documentation and build knowledge about internal and external partners to support decision making.
  • •Manage relationships externally and internally in a professional manner.
  • •Support day-to-day Credit and Collections activities to ensure excellent, compliant operations.
