Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capital equipment projects supporting flexible packaging manufacturing operations, managing the full lifecycle from approval through ramp-up.
  • •Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies; deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • •Coordinate equipment acquisition and implementation activities including specification, supplier evaluation, procurement, contract negotiations, FAT/SAT, installation, startup, and commissioning.
  • •Support asset management with ROI analyses and capital expenditure approval requests; monitor budgets and financial performance.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and apply Lean/continuous improvement methods while maintaining project risk registers and conducting stakeholder risk reviews.

Key Requirements
