Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project management commissions.
  • •Facilitate processes to manage time, cost, safety, environment, and quality of projects.
  • •Produce project plans and coordinate across project teams for smooth execution.
  • •Monitor project progress and performance indicators, including preparation of progress reports.
  • •Assist cost management including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering/evaluation support, change orders, and final account close-out activities. (Includes preparing cost plans/reports and market research.)

Key Requirements

  • •Graduating from a university (in Japan or overseas) between April 2027 and March 2028.
  • •Degree in architecture, construction civil engineering, environmental science, or building services equivalent is preferred (not mandatory).
  • •Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
  • •Willing to learn new things, including English skills.
  • •Proficiency in Japanese is a must.
