Job Summary

Join the Japan Graduate Development Programme starting in April 2028 for an approximately 24-month rotation. Support project management activities by helping develop project plans, coordinate teams, track progress and KPIs, manage changes, and liaise with stakeholders. In parallel, assist cost management through cost estimating, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering support, contract knowledge, and preparation of cost reports to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project management commissions.
•Facilitate processes to manage time, cost, safety, environment, and quality of projects.
•Produce project plans and coordinate across project teams for smooth execution.
•Monitor project progress and performance indicators, including preparation of progress reports.
•Assist cost management including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering/evaluation support, change orders, and final account close-out activities. (Includes preparing cost plans/reports and market research.)

Key Requirements

•Graduating from a university (in Japan or overseas) between April 2027 and March 2028.
•Degree in architecture, construction civil engineering, environmental science, or building services equivalent is preferred (not mandatory).
•Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
•Willing to learn new things, including English skills.
•Proficiency in Japanese is a must.
