Job Summary

Deliver HR personnel services for Nahdi staff by maintaining employee records and administering key personnel operations, including termination and resignation processing, new hires, attendance, and HRMS updates. Administer employee benefit plans and support multiple HR divisions while ensuring timely, high-quality employee services. Oversee onboarding and self-services, manage HR development fund programs, run events-related activities, and handle QIWA platform tasks. Approve vacation requests and HR letters and support team performance and probation reporting.

•Oversee HR personnel operations, including staff termination and resignation, employee relations, new hires, attendance, and day-to-day personnel functions.
•Update employee information in the HR Management System (HRMS) in a timely manner, including administering employee benefit plans.
•Support onboarding and self-services activities, including activating new employees on the system (e.g., user name, password, nametag, bank details).
•Approve vacation requests and HR letters by reviewing supporting documents and employee history to ensure accurate service delivery.
•Manage the performance of the assigned team by monitoring KPIs, coaching, following up on obstacles, and generating probation period reports and outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•2–5 years of experience.
•Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data analytics.
•English language proficiency.
