Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver complex utilities infrastructure projects and programmes across Infrastructure, from inception through delivery, aligned to client objectives.
  • •Manage contract, financial management, and project controls to ensure successful outcomes.
  • •Lead and develop project teams on large projects or programmes, including mentoring and developing future Project Managers.
  • •Lead health, safety, quality, and environmental management across delivery.
  • •Coordinate planning, communication, and organization across multiple work streams, reporting effectively to senior client representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle, including contract management, financial management, and project controls.
  • •Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and lead others in challenging, ambiguous environments.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills, building long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills to understand complex issues and shape workable solutions for delivery.
  • •A degree or HND in a management, construction, or infrastructure-related subject (or equivalent experience), plus relevant project management professional affiliation/certification.
