Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate the CTO department’s operational rhythm, including training and regulatory compliance obligations.
  • •Research and synthesize context for the CTO ahead of external engagements and customer calls.
  • •Attend high-priority calls, capture critical context, and own action-item follow-through across teams.
  • •Partner with the CTO to craft presentations and written materials for all-hands, board meetings, and keynotes.
  • •Lead special projects and initiatives within the Office of the CTO, defining scope, stakeholders, and success metrics.
