Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the technical vision, roadmap, and standards for NBCUniversal’s digital workplace platforms across collaboration, endpoints, and AI.
  • •Own end-to-end workplace technology architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
  • •Lead engineering of enterprise workplace services including Microsoft 365, identity & security, endpoint/device management, and unified communications.
  • •Architect and deliver enterprise AI capabilities using Microsoft 365 Copilot/Copilot Studio and Power Platform, including agentic AI solutions and knowledge systems.
  • •Apply SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, observability, automation) to drive reliability, resilience, and operational excellence while mentoring and influencing cross-functional technical decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, platform engineering, or workplace technology.
  • •Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive) and endpoint engineering/device management (Intune, JAMF, SCCM).
  • •Strong background in AI/ML or enterprise AI engineering, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and related platforms.
  • •Experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), plus knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, and platform engineering best practices.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise platform transformations with strong communication, stakeholder management, and architectural/problem-solving skills.
