Administer the day-to-day operations of a centre, ensuring centre presentation, security, safety, cleaning, engineering, facilities, and ambience meet the highest quality standards. Oversee on-site operations including tenant coordination and document collection, serve as the primary point of contact, and collaborate with centralized teams to resolve operational challenges. Monitor and report operational performance, maintain operational documentation, and support sustainability initiatives and policy compliance.
