Lead APAC retail store development for Crocs, owning end-to-end planning and delivery across new openings, refurbishments, renovations, relocations, closures, kiosks, pop-ups, and expansions. Coordinate store design/VM alignment, vendor and contractor performance, permits and regulatory approvals, and in-store systems implementation. Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, purchase orders, procurement/tendering, and Singapore/Malaysia facilities needs—ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and successfully handed over to operations.
