Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities by identifying strengths/weaknesses, determining opportunities, and improving processes.
  • •Engage team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management; prevent and resolve conflict.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory, and train associates to complete repairs effectively the first time to minimize re-checks and delays.
