•Own onboarding and off-boarding end-to-end; coordinate immigration matters with outside immigration counsel; own workplace policy and governance in partnership with outside employment counsel

•Stand up and own the company's MDM; manage device procurement, identity, and the internal tech stack; build automations to eliminate manual work
