Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onboarding and off-boarding end-to-end; coordinate immigration matters with outside immigration counsel; own workplace policy and governance in partnership with outside employment counsel
  • •Run the SF office end-to-end, including building management, IT, facilities, vendor relationships, and office moves
  • •Stand up and own the company's MDM; manage device procurement, identity, and the internal tech stack; build automations to eliminate manual work
  • •Project manage security audit (SOC 2), support business insurance, and ongoing compliance with state and federal employment requirements
  • •Coordinate onsite interviews, candidate experience, and offer logistics in partnership with hiring managers
