Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Partner with clients to prepare project elements including scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Run procurement activities such as standard request for proposals, bid evaluations, and recommending resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet objectives/budget/schedule, track progress and variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-8 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage project planning through completion, including scope, delivery resources, estimates, budgets, work plans, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •In-depth knowledge of project management principles and techniques to solve complex assignments with innovative solutions.
  • •Strong organizational skills, judgment based on analysis of multiple sources, and willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong math skills for financial-related calculations.
