Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, prepare, and coordinate integrated Program Integrated Test Plans (ITP), detailed test and evaluation plans, and associated documentation such as requirements traceability and verification metrics.
  • •Lead development and standardization of test methods, procedures, and processes to improve repeatability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • •Integrate BT&E capabilities and resources with program IPTs, systems engineering, government stakeholders, industry partners, suppliers, and customers to align test execution with program objectives.
  • •Conduct testability assessments and oversee disciplined cost, schedule, and configuration management while managing the test program baseline and supporting change management.
  • •Oversee test data analysis, processing, calibration, and validation; approve test data prior to customer delivery; and train and mentor team members.

Key Requirements
