Key Responsibilities

  • •Own multiple outcomes-focused research projects across feasibility/scoping, partner coordination, launch, data collection, analysis readiness, reporting, and closeout.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with strategic collaborators across academic, healthcare, CRO, and commercial organizations.
  • •Create repeatable processes, workflows, and documentation to scale high-quality research in a dynamic environment.
  • •Translate research questions into study plans, operational requirements, documented decisions, milestones, reporting, and evidence deliverables.
  • •Coordinate budgets, contracts, partner responsibilities, data-transfer expectations, privacy/consent requirements, timelines, and issue resolution.
  • •Monitor study progress, surface risks early, and communicate tradeoffs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Support evidence dissemination via reports, publications, abstracts, partner deliverables, clinical education, or commercial/regulatory materials as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years managing human research, clinical research, health outcomes, real-world evidence, healthcare programs, or equivalent partner research programs.
  • •Independently manage external academic, commercial, clinical, CRO, and/or healthcare partnerships.
  • •Take research or outcomes projects from feasibility and planning through execution, reporting, and closeout.
  • •Strong project-management, documentation, risk-management, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • •Familiarity with research data flows, participant privacy/consent, data-quality review, and tools such as spreadsheets, project trackers, survey platforms, EHRs, EDC, CTMS, eTMF, or comparable systems.
