Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery for ambiguous product ops issues by scoping, finding the right people, proposing fixes, and delivering outcomes.
  • •Support and improve product operating rituals including planning cycles, standups, forums, retros, and reporting.
  • •Build automations that connect tools (Linear, Slack, Canny, and others) to keep information flowing without manual updates.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Commercial to unblock execution and close gaps between perceived and actual progress.
  • •Maintain process hygiene with consistent reporting formats, clear change-request paths, and track decisions in a findable place.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in product operations, program management, product management, or business operations within an Agile product team.
  • •Comfort working in ambiguity and delivering decisions and dates without a full spec.

  • •Strong cross-team influence across time zones with stakeholders you don’t directly report to.
