  • •Engage regularly with cross-functional market teams to identify and lead security intervention opportunities.
  • •Create and lead market-specific security strategy based on needs, risks, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Track compliance and risk remediation efforts, advising teams for security audits, assessments, and related compliance activities.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact during security incidents and drive development/testing of business unit incident response and disaster recovery plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive cybersecurity/risk management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to explain complex security concepts to non-technical executives.
  • •Deep understanding of ecommerce platform technologies and architectures, including web applications, APIs, payment systems, mobile apps, and content delivery networks.
  • •Expertise securing cloud environments, including Identity and Access Management, cloud-native security tools, data protection, logging/monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of security threats, attack vectors, and mitigations for ecommerce and digital environments, including DDoS mitigation, secure payment processing, and data privacy.
