Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Lead the 3rd-shift maintenance team at a manufacturing facility to keep production lines, equipment, and facilities running efficiently. Schedule work and workforce to meet production demands, manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and analyze downtime and line performance trends. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance effectiveness, support mechanical integrity and equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with safety, food safety (GMPs), union contract, and USDA regulations.
