Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver a 1–3 year business plan for the territory with stakeholders.
  • •Develop and implement tailored sales plans to penetrate untapped markets and expand into new geographies.
  • •Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets and overall revenue and profit objectives with consistent month-on-month performance.
  • •Build, lead, and mentor the sales team, managing performance through delegation, coaching, and regular 1:1s.
  • •Monitor sales performance and KPIs, drive deal closure within defined timeframes, and ensure compliance with sales operations timelines and policies.
