Assist the store manager in running an Ames Tools retail location to grow revenue and profitability while following company policies. •Assist in the overall operation of an Ames retail store.
•Open and close the store when the store manager is absent.

•Generate revenue growth through marketing of Ames tools, parts, and equipment, including add-on sales.
