  • •Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities and drive changes
  • •Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations translating a solution vision into working systems
  • •Make design decisions and present solutions when user feedback signals issues, not just raise flags
  • •Leverage AI to accelerate delivery and reinvest time into customer engagement while measuring impact
  • •QA your own work against user behavior and ensure robust, repeatable outcomes
