Key Responsibilities

•Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities and drive changes
•Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations translating a solution vision into working systems
•Make design decisions and present solutions when user feedback signals issues, not just raise flags
•Leverage AI to accelerate delivery and reinvest time into customer engagement while measuring impact
•QA your own work against user behavior and ensure robust, repeatable outcomes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,000 - 199,800 annually

•3–5 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with accountability for whether systems work in practice
