Plan, coordinate, and oversee a project portfolio, defining project management methodologies and ensuring governance compliance. Approve scope and budgets, manage stakeholders, and represent the PMO across the organization while keeping work aligned to corporate strategy. Lead, mentor, and develop project analysts and coordinators, track KPIs and delivery performance, and implement improvements to processes and tools.
