Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations and refer investment and insurance solutions based on client needs.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by developing internal and external centers of influence and prospecting, while documenting calling efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial conversations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations on the Teller line as needed, and participate in branch huddles/debriefs, including occasional Saturday work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • •FINRA License S6 and FINRA License S63, plus FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • •Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire.
  • •Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
