Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality land ownership information by researching land registry records and Ordnance Survey maps to support infrastructure government approvals.
  • •Conduct land referencing activities including Land Registry/Property Registration Authority research, desktop and questionnaire analysis, archival investigations, and GIS/database management.
  • •Identify land interests and rights, review affected landowners and rightsholders, and negotiate access for survey purposes.
  • •Support securing land rights for large-scale development projects and prepare supporting documentation for negotiating Heads of Terms.
  • •Manage technical delivery and project planning (including geospatial analytics and data engineering), review junior deliverables, and report performance to the TL GCC.

Key Requirements

  • •Post Graduate qualification in Geography, Remote Sensing, Planning, or a relevant subject.
  • •More than 10 years of technical experience, preferably with stakeholder engagement for land-related matters and land ownership analysis (spatial).
  • •Experience leading land referencing or land assembly teams on infrastructure projects.
  • •Knowledge of the land and property industry with strong interest in negotiation and statutory land acquisition across UK or similar regions.
  • •Proficiency with GIS platforms (e.g., ESRI, ArcGIS) and land information/data management systems.
