Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structuring and execution of project financings, corporate financings, tax equity investments, debt facilities, and strategic capital transactions.
  • •Develop and evaluate financing alternatives and lead negotiations with lenders, tax equity investors, institutional investors, and financing partners.
  • •Execute project finance transactions through financial close, including debt structuring and lender due diligence.
  • •Oversee development of financial models to assess project economics, capital deployment strategies, and risk-adjusted returns.
  • •Serve as primary finance structuring expert for executive leadership; coordinate cross-functional teams and present recommendations to executive/investment committees.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, infrastructure finance, or corporate finance.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading renewable energy or infrastructure financings.
  • •Advanced financial modeling and transaction execution expertise.
