Job Summary

Lead a regional, partner-led go-to-market motion to drive revenue, pipeline, and partner experience outcomes across strategic and scale partner segments. Oversee channel and inside channel operations, partner segmentation and success metrics, repeatable co-sell sales motions, forecasting and portfolio health, and partner recruiting/onboarding. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Sales Ops to improve the channel model using CRM/ROBs and operating reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Regional Sales Directors for high-impact partners, including portfolio strategy, coverage models, joint business plans, and growth targets.
•Align Channel Managers and Scale Channel Managers to support partner coverage, pipeline development, and execution.
•Define partner segmentation, success metrics, and growth priorities across strategic, growth, and scale segments.
•Drive repeatable partner sales motions (campaigns, enablement, promotions, MDF utilization) and manage forecast accuracy and portfolio health.
•Oversee partner recruitment and onboarding, publish partner strategies/scorecards, coordinate co-marketing, and use CRM/dashboards and weekly operating reviews to remove blockers and accelerate close.

•Demonstrated success recruiting and scaling trusted advisors/agents, VARs, and MSPs/SIs with measurable revenue impact.
•Deep understanding of indirect GTM, partner economics, MDF, SPIFFs/incentives, and PX best practices.
•Fluent in co-sell motions and solution area plays, with strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
