Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise, coach, and develop Facilities Coordinators, including setting priorities, expectations, and follow-through.
  • •Operate regional day-to-day Facilities Operations across office, engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, hangar, warehouse, and secure/classified environments as applicable.
  • •Plan and deliver qualifying non-capital facilities projects, and support major project turnover activities including commissioning and operational acceptance.
  • •Manage regional vendors, contractors, and service providers, including service quality/safety/compliance monitoring and invoice/PO and budget documentation support.
  • •Implement EH&S and Security requirements, support inspections/audits and corrective actions, escalate material risks, and drive continuous improvement using operating data and reporting.

  • •3+ years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace/office operations, property operations, project coordination, vendor management, or related operating functions.
