Lead the development and management of the program master schedule for a large, complex defense program. Drives cost/schedule integration, risk management, and PMO activities, partnering with Program Manager and functional teams to ensure execution excellence on the Aegis Combat Systems Ship Integration Testing Program Office. Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

•Schedule Management: establish/maintain the program schedule baseline and IMS; collaborate with schedulers to manage schedule performance across contractual areas; contribute to deliverable/CDRL submission performance.
•Cost Management: assist with developing/maintaining the overall cost baseline through IMS; use resource-loaded IMS to forecast and support cost performance reporting.
•Risk Management: collaborate with the risk management team to maintain the risk register and management reserves.
•PMO Management: coordinate with local/corporate managers to enable program performance; integrate functional support into meetings; develop customer/company briefings; lead pricing initiatives including BOE development.
•Maintain program management excellence: manage customer/supplier relationships, technical execution, schedule/cost/risk/quality, and finance; implement green plans and drive continuous improvement.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 83,927 - 113,549 annually

•4+ years of project controls / project management experience
•Established hands-on experience managing and controlling program scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
•US citizenship required
