Job Summary

Own end-to-end oversight and governance of NAV and fund administration performed by third-party administrators. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service aligned to the operating model and risk framework. Partner with Fund Services, Product Operations, Risk, and Compliance to validate controls, monitor SLA performance, run service reviews, oversee product launch readiness, and lead due diligence to strengthen governance and reduce risk for Luxembourg-domiciled funds.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the control framework for NAV oversight, including review of third-party administrator reporting and validation of key controls.
•Monitor, assess, and report on NAV and NAV-related services delivered by third parties against agreed SLAs and governance expectations.
•Lead monthly and periodic service review meetings across multiple fund ranges and service providers to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
•Oversee operational readiness for product launches and change initiatives, ensuring alignment between Invesco and third parties.
•Oversee regulatory and financial reporting delivery for Luxembourg-domiciled funds and lead due diligence reviews of third-party controls and operational resilience.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in asset management, fund administration, or NAV oversight, including overseeing third-party administrators or fund service providers.
•Experience reviewing fund documentation such as prospectuses, service level agreements (SLAs), and operating models.
•Understanding of NAV calculation processes and key drivers including pricing, FX, and hedging.
•Knowledge of the asset management operating model, including Transfer Agency, Custody, Risk, and Compliance.
•Advanced Excel skills (VBA beneficial) and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
