Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and ship features end-to-end within Ashby’s stack, taking ownership from problem to production
  • •Collaborate with product, design, and infra teams to define and implement solutions
  • •Contribute to building and improving the design system and reusable components
  • •Engage in pair programming, technical design sessions, and product thinking discussions
  • •Improve developer tooling and performance, enabling faster, higher-quality delivery
