Job Summary

Plan, manage, and deliver commercial and industrial warehouse construction projects while overseeing capital improvements for a portfolio of properties. Lead projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout, developing real estate and construction strategies aligned with business objectives. Coordinate stakeholders across brokers, landlords, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure safe delivery, on-time execution, budget control, quality, and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead commercial and industrial warehouse construction projects from initiation through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
•Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties by coordinating capital improvement projects, facility upgrades, and required capital maintenance.
•Develop project charters, RFPs, bid analyses, market comparable reports, LOIs, site assessments, and executive recommendations.
•Administer construction contracts and project documentation, including lease agreements, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
•Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, environmental requirements, and company policies; monitor schedule, budgets, risks, and quality to support safe, on-time delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline, or at least 10 years of progressive commercial construction project management experience.
•10–12 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction and/or commercial real estate projects.
•Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $10 million.
•Experience managing warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or other industrial facility projects.
•Working knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and project controls.
