Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercial and industrial warehouse construction projects from initiation through design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties by coordinating capital improvement projects, facility upgrades, and required capital maintenance.
  • •Develop project charters, RFPs, bid analyses, market comparable reports, LOIs, site assessments, and executive recommendations.
  • •Administer construction contracts and project documentation, including lease agreements, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, environmental requirements, and company policies; monitor schedule, budgets, risks, and quality to support safe, on-time delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline, or at least 10 years of progressive commercial construction project management experience.
  • •10–12 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction and/or commercial real estate projects.
  • •Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $10 million.
  • •Experience managing warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or other industrial facility projects.
  • •Working knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and project controls.
