Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the company’s primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees and benefit vendors.
  • •Coordinate Provident Fund enrollments and inquiries.
  • •Manage benefits-related employee lifecycle processes including new hire orientations, offboarding, and inquiries.
  • •Maintain backend benefits management hygiene including plan and employee records and timely compliance reporting.
  • •Update Payroll/HRIS for employee Provident Fund deductions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years experience in a benefits-related or HR Operations role.
  • •Strong customer service skills to respond to employee communications effectively and on time.

  • •Ability to work from 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM (PK Time Zone).
