Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 286,400 - 326,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields (with specified completion/experience exceptions).
  • •5+ years of applied research experience (or MS with specified applied research experience), including building AI foundation models.
  • •Deep understanding of AI methodology foundations and experience building large deep learning models across domains (e.g., language, images, events, graphs).
  • •Expertise in areas such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, and RLHF.
  • •Experience delivering scalable ML models and/or platform/library/solution-level code integrated into existing products (e.g., publications or demonstrable accomplishments).
