Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain profitable levels of securities and insurance sales through self-sourced prospecting and retail partner referrals.
  • •Use a consultative sales process to review clients’ investment plans regularly.
  • •Implement investment decisions promptly and accurately, including recording transactions and inquiries and maintaining client files.
  • •Stay knowledgeable of Truist Wealth products and complete required continuing education.
  • •Partner with retail branch teammates to identify and fulfill unmet client financial needs; conduct training and seminars and meet regulatory/ethical standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking (or equivalent education and related experience).
  • •FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (with 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
  • •Applicable state health and life insurance licenses.
  • •Securities sales and client relationship management experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship management skills; organized and self-motivated; proficient with Microsoft Office.
